The cashback will be posted for eligible customers within 90 working days.
Customer will be eligible for Additional 10% cashback from HDFC Bank if eligible product is purchased using HDFC Bank Credit Card or Debit Card.
Additional 10% Cashback (Maximum of Rs. 1500/ customer) will be credited in customer’s HDFC Bank Credit Card or Debit Card account.
Cash back will be credited to card member’s card account within 90 days of the offer end date only if the complete payment is done through eligible HDFC Bank Credit Card or Debit Card.
Offer is Valid on selected products/brands in all the Categories. Offer is not valid on any ‘Baby foods’ listed under ‘Groceries’ section and all products under ‘Gold and Silver Coins’ and Samsung Mobiles.
This offer is valid on Credit Card EMI schemes as well.
Minimum order amount should be equal to or more than Rs.5,000 to qualify for Additional cashback of 10%.
Maximum Additional Cashback per customer will be Rs 1500. Offer is limited to 1st eligible Transaction per customer during the Offer Period.
To avail the offer, the complete order value should be paid using HDFC Bank Credit Card or Debit Card. Hybrid Transactions will not be considered for Cashback.
Paytm Cashback amount mentioned on Product Display Page will be credited to customer’s Paytm Wallet within 24 hours of shipment. All the applicable TnCs of Promo Code on Product Display Page are applicable.
All the applicable TnCs of “EMI / No Cost EMI” are applicable.
Customers making payment through any other bank card will not be eligible for Additional 10% Cashback.
Cancelled and returned orders will not be eligible for Cashback/ Offer.
Offer period for campaign is 12th December, 2018 to 17th December, 2018. However, HDFC Bank and Paytm Mall reserve the right to extend or cut short the offer at their discretion.
In case of any query regarding additional cashback from bank, kindly reach out to PaytmMall or HDFC Bank by 20th April, 2019. No query regarding the additional cashback from bank will be entertained post 20th April, 2019.

Any TAT committed with respect to posting of Reward Points/ CashBack for a promotional campaign is only indicative & may vary from the actual date of posting; the Bank shall not be liable for any such delay. However, the Bank shall review the customer’s query & if eligible, shall ensure fulfilment is completed at the earliest.
In case of delay in posting or non-posting of Reward Points/ CashBack if applicable for a promotional campaign beyond the committed TAT, customer is requested to contact the Bank; the Bank shall review the same & have the Reward points/ CashBack posted if the customer is eligible as per offer T&C
